Health Outreach

CCA has a vibrant Health Committee which is made up of practicing and retired nurses. The committee has formed a health team of nurses and doctors who provide education in disease prevention and wellness, screenings for early detection of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and early childhood diseases. These services are provided in our local community as well as in regions of the Caribbean.

The Health Team will be going to Jamaica for the annual Health Outreach May 19 through May 26, 2012. The team has completed nine(9) missions trips to rural Jamaica and has attended to hundreds of people in many clinics throughout the island over the years.
