Executive Officers
Evie Larmond, President
Ms. Larmond is a community leader, folklorist, and educator who has been serving the Caribbean Community since 1991. She coordinates reading workshops for Jamaican teachers in partnership with the National Literacy Coordinator and Ministry of Education. Evie currently works as a Student Achievement Coach in Pasco County.
Brian McEachron, 1st Vice President
Brian is a graduate of CUNY-York College with a degree in Information Systems Management. He currently works for a major financial institution in the Tampa Bay area as a System Support Specialist. As 1st VP, Brian has responsibility over the Education and Public Relations committees of CCA.
Kofi Dalrymple, 2nd Vice President
Kofi is an environmental engineer and scientist. He has been involved with CCA since 2007. He served as the president of the Caribbean Cultural Exchange at USF from 2008-2009. As 2nd vice president of CCA, he oversees the Youth & Sports and Entertainment committees.

Sheree McFarlane, Assistant Treasurer
Sheree relocated from New York (originally from Jamaica) to Tampa in 2004. She joined CCA as a member and Assistant Treasurer in 2007. She is currently employed by a major financial institution as a Branch Manager for two branches in Tampa.

Gretel Graham, Executive Secretary
Gretel has been involved with CCA since 2006. She is a member of the NAACP, The Spring, and the American Heart Association. She serves as the Members and Communications Chair and Volunteer Coordinator for 2010 at her place of employment. Gretel is also the Vice-President of the Homeowner’s Association in her community
Rachel Campbell, Recording Secretary
Rachel is currently a full-time graduate student at the University of South Florida (USF) pursuing a Masters degree in Reading Education. She was involved with the Caribbean Cultural Exchange at the USF since 2005 and held various positions including serving as president from 2007-2008.
Committees
CCA is made up a six executive committees, each of which is led by a chair and vice-chair.
Each committee is a vital organ of the organization, planning and executing the association's programs. The committees work together to ensure that the overall mission of the organization is achieved. We are always looking for volunteers to work with our committees, so browse the various committees to learn about their roles in the community.
